Richard was appointed Chief Executive – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) in August 2011 and oversees C&W’s business in KSA. An honours graduate with 28 years’ experience in the Property Services industry, Richard is a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM), as well as holding regional membership in the Middle East Facilities Management Association (MEFMA). Since taking up his appointment as Chief Executive for C&W, Richard and his team have won a number of industry awards including: the Middle East FM Consultant of the Year for the past three years and the best Property Consultancy of the Year for Saudi Arabia at the 2018 International Property Awards.
Mike has been in the FM industry for over 36 years, gaining experience in all property sectors as both a client and a service provider. Having worked in the GCC for the past ten years, he can truly boast an unprecedented combination of local knowledge and international pedigree. As Operations Director, Mike assumes ultimate responsibility for the successful delivery of all C&W projects across Saudi Arabia. As Principal Consultant, Mike has personally delivered a wide range of consultancy commissions on Kingdom Tower, Dubai Mall, Guggenheim Museum, and many other world-class iconic projects.
Mark is a highly regarded and respected professional experienced in Commercial, Contract and Financial management, underpinned with over 25 Years relevant experience. He has been working in the Middle East over the past seven years, bringing a wealth of regional experience to the Saudi Arabia operation which includes Oil and Gas, Engineering (Rail) and the Construction Industries.. Proven ability to Financial manage contracts and staff, whilst also having operational knowledge to ensure practical solutions are undertaken to meet set objectives in an efficient manner. He also has the ability to analyze, develop and implement process and procedures to ensure corporate governance, whilst limiting the company’s exposure to risk. His key skills include Financial Planning, Cost Estimation, Cost Modelling and Tendering, Contract Reviews and Contract Administration, Procurement.
Mark is an experienced Facilities Management professional, working in the industry for more than 16 Years, with diverse involvement in all aspects of FM, including Mobilisation, Business Development, Commercial Management, Procurement, Project Management and Operations Management in the UK & Overseas. A strategic and evidence based thinker, with particular experience of Hard & Soft FM services within the Public & Private Sectors. Mark utilises good communication and analytical skills to develop systems and processes, identifying improvements and innovation. Mark is used to working across a variety of complex FM models, and will be using his skills and experience to develop commercial best practice and enhanced procurement and supplier performance to benefit Clients and Operational Colleagues.
