Cushman & Wakefield, Riyadh – August 2019: Cushman & Wakefield Saudi Arabia, the global real estate services firm’s joint venture (JV) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has appointed Mike Moore as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Moore succeeds Richard Naylor who is returning to the UK after eight years in the role. Moore was previously Operations Director at Cushman & Wakefield Saudi Arabia, which provides services in the Kingdom including facilities management, FM consultancy and project management.
With Moore taking on the leadership position, the Riyadh-based firm has appointed an Operations Manager.
Ian Thomas, Chief Operating Officer, EMEA, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Mike’s experience and knowledge of the business mean he is ideally placed to take on the role and ensure a seamless transition for clients. I’d like to thank Richard for his service during his tenure as Chief Executive and wish him well with his return to the UK after 12 years in the Middle East.”

Through its JV partners in the region, Cushman & Wakefield has had a permanent presence in the Middle East since 1975 with Cushman & Wakefield Saudi Arabia operating in the Kingdom for more than 20 years.
