Cushman & Wakefield, Saudi Arabia, January 8, 2019 – Known for his outstanding leadership skills and extraordinary aptitude for bringing people together to achieve optimum results, Richard Naylor, Chief Executive of Cushman & Wakefield Saudi Arabia, has been an obvious contender for the prestigious Facilities Management Middle East (fmME) magazine’s annual Power 50 Awards for the past three years now.
November 2018 saw Richard ascend to number 19, moving one place higher on the list than the previous year.
The recognition pays homage to the Middle East’s most influential personalities in the Facilities Management industry.
With Cushman & Wakefield’s continued focus in Saudi Arabia and its seizing of opportunities in the promising FM sector in the Kingdom, C&W saw an incredible 92% increase in turnover for 2018, an 18% increase in margins and a 61% increase in profits for the same period.

With an impressive 27 years’ experience in the property services industry, untold achievements and the fact that he is now an integral part of the facilities management community, it is not surprising that Richard continues to be considered one of the top 20 influential personalities in the FM arena.
