Cushman & Wakefield Saudi Arabia, December 25, 2018, Riyadh – Cushman & Wakefield has recently been awarded a commission to provide brokerage advice and project management services to Shell’s corporate office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Shell requested a detailed technical study on the feasibility of an office redesign together with an assessment of the financial and commercial viability of renegotiating their current lease terms vs relocation to an alternative location.
The project management and brokerage services included the following; technical feasibility study and cost estimate of the office redesign; stay or go analysis based on the cost estimate and market data, renegotiation for part of the current space, project management for subdivision/fit out works and the subsequent sublease negotiations with the landlord and sub tenant.
Mike Moore, Cushman & Wakefield’s Principal consultant noted the win’s impact on C&W’s growing list of project management commissions.
