Cushman & Wakefield, Riyadh, 2 July 2018: This month sees property services giant, Cushman & Wakefield celebrate its 20th year in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Back in 1998, C&W officially opened its head office in the capital after becoming firmly established in the country one year earlier. The first Riyadh office was situated in the Jarir Building, near the Kingdom Tower.
From the team who initially set up the Riyadh office, the company has now grow to more than 300 people providing FM services to both local and multinational companies across various sectors.
The geographical scope of services has also reached various cities of the Kingdom such as Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Mecca, Madina and Sakaka to name just a few.
Cushman & Wakefield in KSA specialises in FM consultancy, integrated FM, project management and managing agent provisions.
