Cushman & Wakefield, February 5, 2018: Cushman & Wakefield first began operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1997.

Following the successful completion of the merger between Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ in 2015, the business was originally established as DTZ.

Cushman & Wakefield in KSA specialises in FM consultancy, integrated FM, property and project management and managing agent services.
