Cushman & Wakefield, Abu Dhabi: April 2017 – Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded a commission to provide strategic Facilities Management consultancy services to Etihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE.
At the early stage of the commission, the Cushman & Wakefield consultancy team established a knowledge bridge between its international Airports Group and its regional consulting team to implement the knowledge share platform and to ensure all recommendations were in line with international best practice. This approach was applied whilst providing the required services such as portfolio review, the development of a target operating model, cost of service and budget provision, review of Computer Aided Facilities Management System (CAFM), and the review of Etihad Airways facilities organisation and recommended resourcing structure.
Etihad Airways is the national airline of the United Arab Emirates and provides passenger and cargo services for both short-haul and long-haul operations across the globe. It has received a range of awards that reflect its position as one of the world’s leading premium airline brands.
“We feel privileged to have been awarded a commission with the world’s leading airline, Etihad Airways. As we continue to expand our consultancy offering throughout the region, this commission will add value to our proposition as one of the most trusted and sought after FM consultants in the Middle East.” commented Richard Naylor, Chief Executive, Saudi Arabia.
