Award success for Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield, Dubai: June 12, 2016 – The winners of the 2016 Facilities Management Middle East Awards were announced on Tuesday 31st May 2016 with Cushman & Wakefield, retaining ‘FM Consultancy of the Year’ having previously won this most coveted award in both 2014 and 2015.

For the third year running, the Judges recognised Cushman & Wakefield for its ever expanding range of consultancy services, and for the significant return on investment for its clients, having worked on a number of high profile contracts throughout the year including; Al Rajhi Bank HQ, Mars, Pfizer and the Jeddah Tower, which when constructed, will be the tallest building in the world.

Cushman & Wakefield’s submission in the category of ‘FM Sustainability Initiative of the Year’ also received an award as ‘highly commended’ for its ground breaking initiative combining condensate harvesting with self-cleaning glass to create a sustainable solution to building facade cleaning.
