Cushman & Wakefield, Riyadh – May 18, 2015: Cushman & Wakefield today announced it has been awarded the facilities management consultancy commission for the Kingdom Tower, Jeddah.
The + 1000 meter, 251 level Kingdom Tower, currently under construction, will be the tallest building in the world, significantly taller than the current holder of that title; Burj Khalifa, Dubai at 828 meters high, across 163 floors.
Cushman & Wakefield will carry out the commission in four phases;
Phase 1 – facilities management design review
Phase 2 – develop and implement the fit out manual/strategy
Phase 3 – develop operational FM delivery strategy.
Phase 4 – develop the FM scope of services, prequalification, tendering and evaluation of the potential FM service providers.
