Cushman & Wakefield, Riyadh – November 2, 2014: Cushman & Wakefield today announced, that Cushman & Wakefield, Saudi Arabia has been appointed as the integrated facilities management service provider for the Headquarters Business Park in Jeddah.
The Iconic 52 storey mixed use/commercial building overlooking the Red Sea is set to become Jeddah’s tallest building when construction is completed in the spring.
Cushman & Wakefield will be responsible as a managing contractor for providing integrated facilities management services including, but not limited to, planned and reactive maintenance of MEP systems, cleaning, security, landscaping, reception, valet parking, as well as fit out supervision and the management of CMMS software and a 24/7 helpdesk. This three year contract follows on from the deployment of an initial transition and handover management team.
Secured against international competition, this important win strengthens Cushman & Wakefield geographical growth from its base in Riyadh into Saudi Arabia’s second largest city.
