Abdul Latif Jameel is one of the largest independent distributors of Toyota vehicles operating in more than 15 countries worldwide, it has direct control of a network of over 140 properties throughout Saudi Arabia.
Cushman & Wakefield will be responsible for the development and implementation of the property and facilities management strategy, including lease negotiation and administration on behalf of the client, procurement and vendor management, CAFM selection and implementation, establishment and management of a 24/7 helpdesk and ongoing monitoring of vendor performance through SLA’s & KPI’s.
