Cushman & Wakefield, Saudi Arabia: November 12, 2018 – It’s that time of year, again. Facilities Management Middle East magazine’s annual Power 50 Awards are almost upon us. This is the most anticipated annual ranking of the Middle East’s most influential personalities in the facilities management sector. For the third time running, Cushman & Wakefield’s Richard Naylor will be in the running.

Richard, Chief Executive of the FM giant, has no less than 27 years’ experience in the property services industry. In that time, he has recorded countless achievements and has become an integral part of the facilities management community. Known for his sense of humour, modesty and flair for recognising talent and developing his proficient team, Richard believes in promoting from within, where possible, and supporting the local communities his company serves.

It is his hard work, determination, dedication and passion in this field that has contributed to the success of Cushman & Wakefield in Saudi Arabia and that lands him a position in the power list.

An Honours graduate from Manchester University, Richard’s first role as General Manager for a leading FM service provider in the UK saw him responsible for contracts throughout the Middle East, Asia and Europe. He has been living and working in the Middle East for 12 years now.

Richard had this to say of his nomination: “I am very proud to be among such an esteemed circle of professionals, many of whom I have known for a number of years.”

“Facilities management is such an exciting industry to be a part of. No two days are ever the same and things change rapidly at Cushman & Wakefield as we drive the business forward and continue to grow.”
