The financial services company, MasterCard are relocating to new offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and building on their global relationship Cushman & Wakefield will provide project management and integrated facilities management services.
The project management services envisaged for MasterCard include supplier management, invoice and cost validation, milestone payments, quality and cost control. Cushman & Wakefield The project is ‘turn key’ which will see Cushman & Wakefield appoint and manage the designers, constructor and furniture suppliers.
Once relocated, Cushman & Wakefield will continue to provide facilities management services in line with their global mandate.
