The integrated facilities management services scope of works, that Cushman & Wakefield are about to commence with the IT giant, includes hard and soft FM, the management of landlord services, specialized subcontractor management, mail room services, administration support, IT support services, pest control, indoor plant maintenance and confidential waste management.
