Cushman & Wakefield, Riyadh: December 18, 2016 – The organizers of the Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA) invited Mike Moore, Operations Director and Principal Consultant for Cushman & Wakefield Saudi Arabia to be one of the key note speakers at this years’ conference, 23-24 November 2016 at the Kempinski Hotel, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
With “Facilities Management role in Saudi’s mega projects” as this year’s conference theme, Mikes spoke about ‘FM best practice for the world’s tallest buildings’ which he delivered during the first day of the conference.
Accompanied by Mr. Ali Al Suwaidi, MEFMA Board Member and moderator of the event, Mike discussed and highlighted the most significant elements of the commission C&W recently delivered on the Jeddah Tower.
“I am honored to have been invited to speak at the MEFMA conference and happy to demonstrate the importance of Facilities Management, not only for the mega projects in the Kingdom, but also as part of the growth in maturity of the FM industry here in Saudi Arabia. I believe that conferences such as these present an ideal opportunity for the country to realise the significance of the role Facilities Management plays in the project development process” Mike said.
