C&W extends SAP relationship in the KSA

Cushman & Wakefield, Riyadh: February 21, 2016 – Cushman & Wakefield Saudi Arabia has announced the extension of its existing relationship with SAP.

The Cushman & Wakefield’s business in Saudi Arabia has been awarded an extension to its Integrated Facilities Management contract for SAP’s office in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Under the existing contract, Cushman & Wakefield provide a broad range of FM services including, planned and reactive maintenance, janitorial, office assistance, stationary supplies, reception services and pest control.

In an expansion of the growing relationship with SAP in the region, Cushman & Wakefield are also providing ongoing support to the SAP business in Riyadh as they relocate their regional head office into 1750 SQM of new office space in the purpose built smart city development; Information Technology and Communications Complex (ITCC). Support services include; post fit out deep clean, 24/7 security, janitorial, indoor landscaping, relocation and storage services.

The German-based multinational software company is undergoing an aggressive expansion programme throughout the region and this expansion of services for Cushman & Wakefield represents a strengthening of the company’s growing list of locally served multinational technology clients, which also includes Polycom, Hewlett Packard and Juniper Networks.

C&W secures pharmaceutical commission

Cushman & Wakefield, Riyadh: April 5, 2015 – Cushman & Wakefield Saudi Arabia has confirmed the award of a Facilities Management Commission for pharmaceutical giant Pfizer.

Cushman & Wakefield’s business in Saudi Arabia has been awarded a Facilities Management consultancy commission for Pfizer’s new manufacturing facility in King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia.

The consultancy commission will assist with Pfizer’s selection of a new FM service provider and will include the complete development of a RFP document, support during the tender process – collation of contractor queries and escorted site visits and assistance with the evaluation process.

The American global pharmaceutical corporation is among the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies and is expanding its manufacturing capability in Saudi Arabia.
