Cushman & Wakefield, Riyadh: June 7, 2015 – The winners of the 2015 Facilities Management Middle East Awards were announced on Wednesday 04 June with Cushman & Wakefield in Saudi Arabia, retaining ‘FM Consultant of the Year’ having won this most coveted award in 2014. Cushman & Wakefield Peter Kevan was also highly commended in the category of ‘FM of the Year’.

For the second year running, the judges recognised Cushman & Wakefield for its ever expanding range of consultancy services, as well as its ongoing efforts in the developing market of Saudi Arabia. Having secured a number of high profile contracts throughout the year including; the Kingdom Tower, which when constructed, will be the tallest building in the world.
