Cushman & Wakefield, Riyadh – March 3, 2014: Cushman & Wakefield announced its new partnership with global computer manufacturer Hewlett Packard (HP). Cushman & Wakefield have been appointed as the integrated facilities service provider for Hewlett Packard in Saudi Arabia.
Cushman & Wakefield will be providing IFM services to all HP offices across the kingdom, including space at one of the Kingdoms most iconic buildings, Al Faisaliyah Tower. Cushman & Wakefield will be responsible for the provision and management of IFM services, including MEP maintenance, janitorial, confidential waste management, indoor landscaping, pest control and courier services.
Secured against heavy competition, this important win strengthens Cushman & Wakefield portfolio of multinational clients in Saudi Arabia, which includes a presence in the healthcare, technology and the automobile sectors.
