Cushman & Wakefield, Riyadh – October 9, 2014: Cushman & Wakefield today announced that its business in Saudi Arabia, has been awarded a two-year contract.
Cushman & Wakefield FM business in Saudi Arabia has been awarded a two-year contract to provide Integrated FM services to SAP’s new offices in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, with the contract being secured in competition against other international FM service providers. Under the contract, Cushman & Wakefield will provide a broad range of IFM services to the SAP personnel located in their new office in Al Khobar Gate Tower, in the Eastern Province of the country.
The German-based multinational software company is undergoing an aggressive expansion programme throughout the region and are also in the process of moving into larger offices in the countries capital, Riyadh. Cushman & Wakefield hope to continue to build on their current relationship and assist the client where possible in the new office space.
This instruction represents an expansion to the company’s growing list of locally served multinational technology clients, which also includes all three of Hewlett Packard’s regional offices in Saudi Arabia.
